COMING SOON: ROYCE' Ishigakijima Chinsuko "Kokutoh Chocolate"

COMING SOON: This will be exclusively available in-store at select ROYCE' Boutiques only.

This selection features ROYCE' Chocolate's take on Chinsuko, a local shortbread cookie confection from Okinawa, Japan. Each cookie has the right balance of sweetness and saltiness as Okinawan kibitoh brown sugar is used in its dough. This is complemented with a milk chocolate coating on one side each that is made with Okinawan kokutoh brown sugar. Each box has 15 pieces inside.

Note: The taste and color of kokutoh brown sugar varies depending on the region where it is produced and the year in which it is harvested. You can also taste a slight saltiness in kokutoh brown sugar due to its mineral content.
